Training is offered several times a year at the Reuben Trane Training and Development Center located at 3600 Pammel Creek Road, La Crosse, Wisconsin 54601.
Computers and all course material are provided to each person registered to attend the class. The Training and Development Center computer classroom offers training for up to 14 people, with a state-of-the-art audio/visual system.

Our seminars may be applicable toward continuing education credit (CEUs). Please verify applicability with your professional board before attending.

Registration Information
You must hold a valid license of the software in order to attend training. (If you need to purchase software, take advantage of our software & training discount.)
Enrollment is accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Classes are limited in size to allow for optimum attention from the trainer. Pending availability, enrollment forms received less than one week before the seminar may not be accepted.
After your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation of your enrollment in the C.D.S. seminar. Your registration fee includes:
- Use of computer and training center
- Course material
- Instruction by C.D.S. certified trainer
- Transportation to and from the airport, training center and hotel
- Meals during seminar hours (lunch and snacks)
- Certificate of completion
The cost of software, lodging and transportation is not included in the seminar fee. Hotel and local transportation arrangements are made on your behalf by C.D.S. at the time your registration is received, as special Trane discounts apply. Your confirmation will list all arrangements made on your behalf.
Reservations
Completion of the online request does not confirm your seat in the class. You will receive a confirmation within seven (7) days after you register. If you don't receive your confirmation before the seminar, please call 608-787-3936.
Do not purchase airline tickets until you have received written confirmation for a class. Trane is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to cancellation of a class prior to confirmation.
Walk-in registration will be accepted as space allows. If using a purchase order, it must be attached to a completed registration form.

How to Register Online
- Go to the Find Classes page.
- Under Category, select System Design and Analysis.
- Select the training session you wish to attend. Class information displays.
- Scroll down the page to the Online Registration section and click Register. The C.D.S. Registration Form displays.
Note: When enrolling in multiple classes, you do not need to complete a separate registration form for each individual class. Instead, register for one of the classes and list the other classes you would like to register for in the Special Requests or Comments section.
- Complete the online form and click Submit Registration.
You will receive a confirmation from our training department within 7 days of registration.
Hotel and Transportation Arrangements
Hotel
Upon receipt of your registration, hotel reservations are made on your behalf at the downtown Courtyard Marriott, approximately 10 minutes from Trane's Training and Development Center and 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to training attendees. You will receive a welcome packet when you check-in confirming the details of your stay.
Special room rates will be provided for training attendees. For a Standard double/queen room, the rate is $99.00 per night plus tax.
Transportation Arrangements
Transportation to and from the Courtyard Marriott, training center and airport is provided. After receiving your registration, transportation arrangements within La Crosse are coordinated by C.D.S.
Meal Information
All meals during seminar hours are provided compliments of C.D.S.
Participants are invited to enjoy breakfast at the Courtyard Marriott. Lunch is served in the training center each day of the seminar. Complimentary beverages and snacks are also available throughout the day. Registered participants are invited to a complimentary dinner Tuesday evening at a restaurant located in close proximity to the Courtyard Marriott.

Multiple Day Discount
Save $400 by attending all four days of training for just $1000. Attend 3 days for $850 and 2 days for $650.
Multiple Student Discount
Multiple student discounts apply when two or more students, from the same company, register for the same class. When one student attends paying full tuition, each additional student receives a 25% discount off the regular tuition price.
Software and Training Discount
Purchase System Analyzer, TRACE 700 Load Design or TRACE 700 software with training and receive the training tuition at half price. To do this, contact C.D.S. training at 608-787-3936 or e-mail us.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations must be received five business days prior to class date by fax, mail or email. NO SHOWs will be charged full class price. You may apply fee to another class taken within one year of the original class. Trane reserves the right to cancel classes due to weather, illness or any other reason. All students will be notified as early as possible and our liability will be limited to the return of registration fees.
