Impact Hero
Available on any page, the Impact Hero displays an Act/Impact message along with an ambient video or a static image.
The ratio of the video or image is 1 by 1 and images or videos will be cropped from the top and bottom if necessary to maintain the ratio. The recommended image and video dimensions are 700px by 700px. There are three options for the uplift overlay: none, purple, and white. The heading has two lines for both the Act and Impact messaging. The icon and CTA are both optional. The recommended dimensions for the icon are 146px by 73px.

Notes:
- Uplift symbol is controlled by the author and is not part of the image. This component can be used with either a still image, or with a small (2-3MB) animated video (mp4). In either case, an image is required. If using an animated video, the image should be the first frame of the video for the best experience.
