Available on any page, the Form Component allows a form with configurable form fields to be placed on a page. The form below shows examples of form field types available. The Form component has javascript validation for required fields.

Currently the form is in AEM but we are working towards utilizing our Marketing Automation tool to build and house these forms so we can capture the data and take advantage of nuturing campaigns within the platform.
